Cancellation Policy
At Kiwi Notary & Elite Printing Service, we value your time and appreciate your respect for ours. Please review our cancellation policy before booking. Appointment Confirmation All appointments must be confirmed before a Mobile Notary is dispatched. Payment may be required in advance for certain appointments. Cancellations Appointments canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. No-Show Policy If the signer is unavailable, refuses to appear, cannot provide acceptable identification, or is otherwise unable to complete the notarization upon arrival, the appointment will be considered a No-Show. The travel fee is non-refundable. Travel Fees Travel fees compensate for time and mileage and are non-refundable once the Notary has begun traveling to the appointment location, regardless of whether the notarization is completed. Delays If you are running late, please notify us immediately. We allow a 15-minute grace period. After that time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional charge when requested at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability. Identification Requirement All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID and be willing and able to sign the documents voluntarily. If these requirements are not met, the notarization cannot be completed, and applicable travel fees will still apply. Right to Refuse Service Kiwi Notary & Elite Printing Service reserves the right to refuse service if: Proper identification cannot be provided. The signer appears unwilling, coerced, or lacks awareness of the document being signed. The requested notarization is prohibited by New York law.
