Cancellation Policy

By scheduling an appointment with Kiwi Notary & Elite Printing Service LLC, you agree to the following terms: Valid, government-issued photo identification is required for every signer. All signers must be physically present at the time of notarization. Documents must be complete before your appointment. Do not sign the document until instructed by the notary. New York State notary fees are charged in accordance with applicable laws. Additional service fees may apply, if disclosed before your appointment. Mobile notary appointments may include a travel fee based on the appointment location. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee. The notary reserves the right to refuse service if the signer cannot be properly identified, appears unwilling, lacks the required mental capacity, or if the notarization would violate New York law.
